Microsoft Access Application Development and Training
Microsoft Access is a database management system (DBMS) from Microsoft that combines the relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user interface and software-development tools. In addition to using its own database storage file, Microsoft Access also may be used as the 'front-end' of a program while other products only act as the 'back-end' tables. Multiple backend sources can be used by a Microsoft Access Jet Database (ACCDB and MDB formats). Similarly, some applications such as Visual Basic, ASP.NET, or Visual Studio .NET will use the Microsoft Access database format for its tables and queries. Microsoft Access may also be part of a more complex solution, where it may be integrated with other technologies such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and ActiveX controls.

Deployment Division Data Console(D3C)
This Access Application was used to manage the deployment event of an ERP system worldwide. The D3C tracked all deployment dates and deliverables for deployment of the software to include scheduled site visits, workshops, and other deployment events. It uses extensive Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code to determine appropriate dates and integrated with MS Excel in delivering reports, schedules, and produceing timelines.
Manpower Project Application
In this Access application was used to project manpower requirements for a large government project preparing to take on many new employees. It projected requirements based on the level of need and time needed so new employees could be hired, trained, and working at the correct time eliminating unnecessary cost.
